Pure Q10 is a food supplement which combines coenzyme Q10 (100 mg per capsule) with a vitamin complex (B1, B2, B6, C and D) which allows to act in a targeted and complete way on the cardiac, psychic, nervous spheres. , muscular, immune ... and also offers a particularly powerful anti-aging & anti-fatigue action.

Virtues

Brain : vitamins B1, B6 and C help in good mental function. Vitamins B1, B2 and C contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins B1, B2 and B6 contribute to good energy metabolism. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen, for the proper functioning of blood vessels.
Muscles : Vitamin D helps maintain good muscle function. Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal red blood cells and aids in the proper metabolism of iron. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron. Iron participates in the proper formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and contributes to the good transport of oxygen in the body, in particular to the muscles, which allows better muscle work (performance, recovery, etc.). Since Q10 is liposoluble, its microencapsulation with lipid base maximizes its assimilation and bioavailability.

Indication

The daily dose (1 capsule) provides :
- Co Q10 100 mg,
- vitamin C 12 mg (15% AJR),
- vitamin D3 0.75 μg (15% RDA),
- vitamin B6 0.21 mg (15% RDA),
- vitamin B2 0.21 mg (15% AJR),
- vitamin B1 0.17 mg (15% RDA).

 * AJR = Recommended Daily Allowance.

Composition

Microencapsulated Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B1. Food additives: magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
